A provider of local employment, the DERICHEBOURG Multiservices has developed an ambitious social model though its activities and their local roots. This commitment is essentially demonstrated in three areas: diversity, disability and integration.
Our priority is to balance environmental and human development issues.
The values of our Group, which places as much importance on our customers as on our workforce, spur us on to continue to improveme our social and societal environment.
DERICHEBOURG Multiservices has therefore been a member since 2013 of the UN Global Compact, a voluntary initiative by responsible companies with shared values in common (respect for the environment, human rights, labour standards, the fight against corruption).
We are strongly committed to being as close as possible to our employees and to taking specific action in five focus areas: workplace equality, employment of older persons, youth employment, disability, multiculturalism and integration Through cooperation with local partners DERICHEBOURG Multiservices makes a strong commitment to integration.
Finding and then promoting the right skills is an essential requirement for good preparation for the future. The Group founded its own training centre in 2008. This training centre is open to all (job-seekers, employees, vocational retraining, disabled workers) and shows DERICHEBOURG's commitment to employment and its desire to create value, for our teams as well as for our customers. The training policy has also been consolidated by a Predictive Management of Jobs and Skills approach.
Because it is out of the question to compromise with the health and safety of our members of staff, DERICHEBOURG Multiservices is multiplying its initiatives: introduction of safety management systems, presentations on safety at work, internal challenges on safety, prevention initiatives, dedicated areas, etc.
