The use of service solutions coupled with IoT has become the norm in traceability. Indeed, DERICHEBOURG Facility's client companies benefit from transparency and detailed traceability at each step of the cleaning process through the monitoring of services performed, the execution of quality controls, and the measurement of customer satisfaction.
With this digital tool, simple and always at hand for supervisors, the DERICHEBOURG Facility teams have developed, modernized, and energized health, safety, and environmental prevention at work. Prevention actions, previously in paper format, are simpler to retrieve and trace (dangerous situations/actions, incident detection).
Training sessions and awareness activities in the form of talks or visits with employees are also easier to formalize. Supervisors validate and automatically transmit their prevention actions, which consolidate the knowledge base at each of our client sites. An immediate analysis is then carried out, and action follow-up is conducted to strive towards zero defects in service/accidents/incidents.
