We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Aircraft Manager to oversee the entire production lifecycle, from structural assembly through to final delivery. This role includes coordination across international teams and a strong interface between suppliers and clients. The ideal candidate is quality- and deadline-focused, with a strong drive for continuous improvement in recurring production processes.

- Supervise production activities from structural assembly to final aircraft delivery, including oversight of international work packages
- Monitor and follow up on critical tasks, production flows, and key milestones
- Act as a key interface between suppliers and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Manage and prioritize non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements for recurring production challenges
Profil, expérience, formation
- Proven experience in production supervision or coordination, ideally in aerospace or complex manufacturing
- Strong solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and timely delivery
- Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline recurring production processes
- Fluency in German is mandatory
- Full-time on-site presence required
